Official Game
If the game is called for darkness or inclement weather after 5th inning it is an official game.
If a game is called before an official game has occurred (rain, lighting) the game will be rescheduled and will continue where play was stopped.  Both managers are required to bring the book back to the umpire at the rescheduled game.  If the book is not there it is a forfeit.  If an inning cannot be completed after the 5th inning the game reverts to the previous inning and the score stands.
Managers and Coaches
The only person that can question a call is a manager not a coach.  If there is no manager on the field you must assign a coach to be the acting manager for the game and let the opposing team know you are the acting manager before the game begins.
Starting August 1st games begin at 5:30pm due to darkness
Forfeits
Please try to avoid a forfeit at all costs.  The goal is for the girls to get to play all their games.  If there is going to be a large amount of players missing from a game and picking up 1-2 players is not helpful call at least 48 hours in advance to make further arrangements.
Game Time
Player should be at the field at least 1/2 hour before game time.  There will be a 15 minute delay for game time in order for a team to have at least 9 players at the field and ready to play.  If after 15 minutes past game time and one team does not have enough players to play the game.  The game will result in a forfeit.
Spectators
All managers are responsible in controlling your parents and making sure they act in a respectable manner.  If a parent get out of control it can result in suspension of that parents child and the team manager.  Please make sure your parents are informed.  Out of control parents will not be tolerated and can be asked to leave the field by the umpire. The game will not resume until that parent has left the field.  If that parent refuses to leave the opposing team will win the game.
